Hello! I'm Sandy, the creator of Wild Rose Artisan Cakes.

My designs are romantic, contemporary and garden inspired. Specialised in creating beautiful flowers in sugar and wild flower cakes (adorned with flowers that are grown organically and pressed here in our tiny flower/fruit farm).

I produce preserves and compotes availing from our own organic strawberries and wild blackberries foraged on our doorstep. My cakes are made with our own free range/organic eggs (when possible), organic flours and infused with floral and herby notes, using flowers and herbs from the garden.
